My last experience was completely unacceptable! First of all, when he enters the room he’s very cold! He has no type of customer Service or hospitality skills at all. Then, I was diagnosed with BV at around 17 weeks. He prescribed me meds but it did not clear up. I expressed that I was still having symptoms and was afraid that it was still BV or something else… instead of offering to take a look or run further tests, he says “ok so what do you want me to do?
