My last experience was completely unacceptable! First of all, when he enters the room he’s very cold! He has no type of customer Service or hospitality skills at all. Then, I was diagnosed with BV at around 17 weeks. He prescribed me meds but it did not clear up. I expressed that I was still having symptoms and was afraid that it was still BV or something else… instead of offering to take a look or run further tests, he says “ok so what do you want me to do? This doctor is very rude . He barely talk with his patients for check up . He doesn’t take time to listen to his patients issues . He always in a rush . I am glad I am done and gave birth to my daughter. I will not go back to his office for my next pregnancy. He needs to improve and be a little caring .
