Been going to Dr Ko and Dr. Trani for my kids. They have been the best!
Brand new parent here. Never thought I would be able to find such a caring duo of doctors. I am so grateful for my sister in law for recommending their office. Office ours are wonderfully set for working parents. Space is always clean and the receptionist is always professional and welcoming.
i called the doctor office to set up an appointment for my daughter and change to their office as her priamry doctor, receptionist become reluctant to give me an appointment as soon as i said my insurance is through medicade eventhough they accepting, first she tried by we don't have anytime soon when i told her it's ok, give me any available date in next month, she said, still she has to talk to doctor because doctor is the one who makes appointment! Isn't it weird, or so obvious that they don't want to help patients?
FYI Could not make an appointment because Dr. Ko, our PCP, is not accepting new patients. Only newborns
