Went to his office for a follow up.Didn't see him saw another doctor who had no idea what was going on with the procedure that I had. Typical, with this doctor never get to see him. The staff at the office are very unprofessional, and it's almost impossible to get a referral, and there is no communication with the patients at all. The doctors & staff are horrible. The wait time is insane. They are NOT very organized
This is not a review of Dr. Hatgis hinself (never got to see him), but rather of the incompetent office. Without a doubt, this is the most unorganized, poor excuse for a medical office I’ve ever seen, and I used to work in the medical field. I scheduled an appointment to see the doctor himself, and when I arrived, I was told he’s on vacation and this is in spite of my appointment being confirmed. Dr. Hatgis is in my opinion the WORST Dr. actually the entire office that he works in is horrible! No communication! He did procedure for me, and literally screwed it up! I had a spinal cord stimulator installed and instead of my leads being straight, the were overlapping. Therefore the unit would not work! Dr. Hatgis, never even met with me other than the first time I had the trial installed. Right before installing the trial, he stopped by my bed! REALLY!! Dr. Haggis is a terrible Doctor. He does not care about the patient at all. You will see him one time at the first appointment and then you'll never see him, except for procedures, which he pushes to make money, but they really don't help. He promises the sun moon and stars and delivers nothing. Very arrogant and will act like he's doing YOU a favor if you request him personally, when there's an issue. He doesn't care about his patients. It's all money. It's almost like he's running a puppy mill on people. Shameful. Go elsew... read more
