Very nice doctor and staff friendly make me feel like family.
OMG I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before I wasted my time. I was the first point of the day at 8:30. I did not see the doctor until 1030. I am now at the surgical center for a procedure that was supposed to be done at 12 o’clock it is 326 and there is nothing done. I will never be back.
Dr. Hatgis is extremely patient, never in a rush, a great listener, confident and provides options. He is very up to date on the latest cutting edge techniques that offer relief even in complex cases. Additionally, his practice is built around a compassionate, knowledgeable supporting staff. I feel blessed to be in his care. Also, I can't say enough good things about Nurse Practitioner Vanessa Stark. And, shout out to Fanta and Nicole they are the best! Thank you Dr. Hatgis and team! I went to Dr Hatgis as a last resort. I’ve lived with chronic pain since 2003. I had neck surgery and I have some fused discs. I didn’t really expect much since I’ve been suffering for so long. Dr Hatgis was kind, patient and so knowledgeable. He suggested Occipital Nerve Ablation so I said ok. This is the first time in many years that I am not in chronic pain and taking ibuprofen like candy. I refer all of my friends and family to Dr Hatgis. I can’t say enough.
