My daughter had an urgent dental need and we are between dentists at the moment. Dr. Grimm's office got us in in two days and made my very anxious daughter feel at ease. So much so that she didn't need me in the room - for the first time ever! Dr. Grimm and his staff are excellent. Will be back soon for cleanings!
THERE IS A HUGE ISSUE WITH THE DOCTOR'S GRIMM. KEVIN GRIMM S OFFICE SHOWS THAT IT'S CLOSED I WENT IN TO SEE HIM AND GOT THREE CROWNS AND A CLEANING AND ONE OF MY CROWNS IS FALLING OFF I'VE CALLED THAT OFFICE THREE TIMES AND I'VE GOTTEN NO RETURN THEIR EMERGENCY NUMBER DOESN'T EVEN WORK I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS IF YOU CLOSE YOUR OFFICE YOU NEED TO LET YOUR PATIENTS KNOW WHERE TO GO FOR FURTHER SERVICE. I went into Dr. Grimm because I had a severe toothache. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 it wasn’t as easy as it usually is to get into see him. But they made arrangements, got me in and diagnosed my problem quickly and they were able to perform a root canal and alleviate the pain. They informed me of every step they did all along the way, what the treatment plan was as well as the cost, so there were no surprises at the end.
