I had a total hip arthroplasty with Dr Chrastil. Great bedside manner. He fit me into his schedule and got my surgery done quickly. He also did an amazing job!!!
Jessie is THE MAN! 5 mile hike today with 1200 altitude gain today. One last week in Breck. Pickleball yesterday. 3 mile walk on the beach in Sanibel FL late last week also. Bike rides - I’m doing it all! No pain! Thank you! 😎

I put off having a total hip replacement for far too long because I was afraid of a painful surgery and a long, painful recovery. Finally my hip was in such bad shape I no longer had a choice.
