The receptionist crystal is so amazing at her job, very helpful and always has the office looking amazing for the different holidays and seasons. Dr. Chlebeck and his nurses offer outstanding care would definitely recommend this phenomenal group of individual.

I just want to say that this Team here at North Fork orthopedic in meridian are absolutely amazing and very professional.I am making a great recovery due to Dr. Chlebeck,Nicole Funk, Sandra, Kathy Megan and Crystal who have literally made this happen for me!!!
