I cannot thank Dr. Bernstein enough for helping me manage my chronic back issues. As an active person, my increasing pain was threatening my sports life. (Racquet and paddle sports and hiking). The injections were done very quickly and forcefully, without much feeling for or paying attention to which muscles were involved and how the muscles felt. The injections left me with more pain than I have had in a while, and I now have very little movement of my head or neck. I realize that injections leave some soreness that eases up. But I have never had a worse experience with injections.
