Personable Knowledgeable Professional
great physician and surgeon. great staff
Zero regard for customer service. 40 minutes in the waiting room. Being that I have both a job and a child, this was unacceptable. When I asked him about it, he said “it’s not unheard of.” Well, that may be true at his practice but I’ve never experienced that anywhere else. Then one of his patients literally chased me into the elevator to insult me and tell me I “think I’m important” for being visibly upset about wait, or more so, that I wasn’t notified. I would have simply rescheduled. My husband overheard the entire thing ... read more
I can't say enough great things about this doctor and his staff. This was my second knee replacement and the difference in care from my former orthopedist in New York is beyond words. Most important, Dr. Kirby listens. I felt comfortable explaining my fears and needs confronting surgery and he made me feel relaxed and confident. My recovery has gone well and I feel very thankful and grateful. Highly recommend.

I was referred to this doctor for a torn meniscus. At my first appointment, he told me that he could not see a definitive tear in my MRI but that he could see nerve damage in my lower knee so he prescribed me medication for that nerve pain. It didn’t help. He gave me a cortisone injection and told me to use a heating pad on it. I did that and ended up in the ER because the heat made the pain worse. He told me to keep using heat. I saw a different doctor and had surgery. My tear was 15mm long.
Is a great doctor if things can be diagnosed quickly. will not try to find what is causing pain.
