First time seeing Dr. Matthews and she was very nice and with my concerns that i had she showed me compation with no judgment what so ever . Looking forwards to a long lasting relationship with her and her awsome staff . God bless them all .
After a hole month waiting for an appointment I got the appointment to see the doctor. That day I had made the insurance payment and they gave the confirmation #''s so I can show the lady at the front desk they also told me they can called the insurance company to verify. The lady at the front desk didn't want to even see the information & conformation #''s I had she just told me they can't see and that she can't call the company but she gave me her attitude!!
