Disorganized. Lack of communication between physicians and staff.
I absolutely love my physician, Dr. Hudson, and she is the main reason I have remained a patient for approximately 8 years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and provides excellent care. Unfortunately, the front office staff has consistently been a problem for years. I recently relocated back to the area after being away for four years, and the same issues still exist. I’m honestly shocked by how disorganized this office is. The front desk staff is some of the most incompetent I’ve ever dealt with in a medical setting. Simple tasks like scheduling and confirming appointments seem to be a constant struggle.
