For more than 50 years I had a terrible fear of going to the dentist. I started going to Drs Preuss and Hardin because that’s where my husband Kelly had been going for almost 30 years. They and their kind staff are so professional and warm and patient and accepting that they helped me overcome the debilitating fear and now I almost (big almost) enjoy going.
Very professional with services. BUT be careful and double check with insurance company and make sure they are a provider. I gave them all insurance info and was told am covered. Surprised to find out they are not a provider and was not covered for simple cleaning, x-ray and check-up. When asked was told they are a provider but I needed an out of network provider. Was told they thought they mentioned this. I had insurance for this for many years, but since they are not a provider I will have to pay out of pocket. Glad I had ... read more
Jerry and his staff put you at ease. I have been going to Jerry for several years now. We have a great relationship. I come twice a year and more if needed. I am always welcomed and take great care of. If Jerry is unavailable at any given time, his associate steps right in and has taken care of me.
Jerry has been my dentist for 32 years. He and his staff are excellent and caring.
LOVE MY APPOINTMENTS HERE, FEELSL IKE HOME.
