We have used Dr Roberts for 19 years now. He gives our three children the best care, but he will also be straight up with you and not sugar coat it.
Dr. Roberts is a no brainer for me. My time is limited. He says it like it is so if you are looking for someone to hold your hand and tell you what you want to hear...then don't use him. He is always sweet to the kids (I have four) and he is not one to give a child medicine for the sake of. He errs on the side of not medicating every runny nose. I like his cander. I feel he has been around the block a time or two and has seen it all. So thankful my kids get to see him.
Dr. Roberts was my child's doctor from birth until his teens. My family was always extremely pleased with his service while he cared for our son. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional at all times. I am very grateful for the way he always arranged to see my son when he was sick.
What kind of doctor dosen't know the chicken pox when you see them? My child had the chicken pox and he said for sure they weren't the chicken pox and sent me to the ER had me in tears thinking that she was going to be hospitalized when it was just the chicken pox, He is a terrible listner and dosent have a very opened mind about other issues.
