One of the worst places to visit, I had to wait for almost 2 hours with a toddler to see the doctor. Upon checking with the receptionist, she is extremely rude and full of attitude. Her explanation is it is common/standard wait time to see a specialist, sure it would be if you and your specialist are highly unprofessional and do not know the value of time. Dr. Tan and his staff were very friendly and kind as they were many years ago when I saw them before.
Dr tan was not helpful and just wanted sell. Did not diagnose or offer any solution to the problem.
Had two moles removed by this clinic. The first time, the doctor was present and did the surgery. The second time, the doctor was not present, a nurse did the excision. Not even sure if that is medically allowed... When i went in to review the results the doctor was "busy" and not able to see me as i had a question about another mole. I was told i could book another appointment under the same referall within a year of the referral.
