I had a scalp biopsy done for hair loss and the nurses were very kind. Dr tan is an exceptional doctor who was very compassionate and empathetic and explained what my options were very clearly. I am extremely happy with how everything went!
One of the worst places to visit, I had to wait for almost 2 hours with a toddler to see the doctor. Upon checking with the receptionist, she is extremely rude and full of attitude. Her explanation is it is common/standard wait time to see a specialist, sure it would be if you and your specialist are highly unprofessional and do not know the value of time.
