I was referred to him for a cosmetic procedure, by a friend. I was excited because this particular procedure was a lot more expensive at the dermatologist I usually see. I was warned, however, that he would tell me what was wrong with my face, unsolicitedly. Needed an extraction that I finally went to a different oral surgen and was in and out in 50 mintues! Dr. Brunsoman first required a consultation that they only do 2 or 3 afternoons per week delatying my care by almost a week. The "consultation" was more of a sales pitch and took nearly 90 minutes!! They never did get back to me regarding insurance, finally the infection got so bad my dentist sent me to a different oral surgeon who got me in the same day, and I was in and out in less than 50 mintues. Do not go here! Worse dental experience ever! Dr. Brunsoman has horrible communication skills, rude to his staff very fought with patients during surgery. Had complications with everything he did. Also got an infection from the surgery and the nurses never returned my phone call! Do not go here!
Dr. Brunsoman does wonderful work, however, if you want to ask questions about anything be prepare for rude and snide comments from him. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by someone who calls themselves a professional. He was more worried about being finished with my treatment then doing it right. If i didnt already have so much invested into my procedures I would NEVER return! I use to recommend him to everyone however, I will now turn people away from him due to his table side mannor!
I had my wisdom tooth out when I was 17 yrs. old. When I went for my consult, the assistant didn't know her right from her left on the panoramic x-ray ( even though it's labeled) and the office didn't have me down for the surgery the next day at 9am. Instead, they said I could come in at 7am and they would fit me in. I went back for my one week evaluation and Dr. Brunsoman asked if I'd been using the suringe they had given me to keep the area clean. I said that you never gave me one.
