Great doctor
This review needs to be stated. I’ve worn contact lenses for years and know what works for my eyes. During my exam, the doctor insisted I switch to astigmatism contacts, despite me clearly explaining that I had already tried them in the past and they did not work for me. After wearing the trial lenses, I contacted the office multiple times to say I could not see properly. Rude. I called to schedule an appointment and was laughed at from the start. The staff member, Jerry or whatever her name was since it was hard to tell while she was laughing, responded unprofessionally. The only words I said were, “Hello, I was wondering if you had any availability today,” and I was met with prolonged laughter followed by a blunt “no.” There was no offer to check availability for another day or week, just more laughing. Very unprofessional.
