I had such a positive experience here as a first time patient! The office staff were only ever friendly and were also friendly to one another. Everyone was professional, on task, and seemed happy to be there. Dr. Gundersheimer was pleasant and conversational. He is highly knowledgeable and gladly took the time to answer my questions and concerns. I got treated well and look forward to being a repeat patient. :-)

This is an excellent optometrist office. Everyone was so sweet and worked extra hard to help me with my insurance. I really can't explain what a wonderful experience they made for me.
I hate to post this because I really like Dr. G and his entire staff, but I have recently been very unhappy with their service. In the outside light, my new glasses have a haze on the lenses. I know I'm not seeing things. My wife, and all 6 of my coworkers can see it, but for some reason Dr. G's office "can't" see it. I have asked Albert to go outside and look and he won't do it.
