This is an excellent optometrist office. Everyone was so sweet and worked extra hard to help me with my insurance. I really can't explain what a wonderful experience they made for me.
I hate to post this because I really like Dr. G and his entire staff, but I have recently been very unhappy with their service. In the outside light, my new glasses have a haze on the lenses. I know I'm not seeing things. My wife, and all 6 of my coworkers can see it, but for some reason Dr. G's office "can't" see it. I have asked Albert to go outside and look and he won't do it. Dr. Gundersheimer is an excellent optometrist and optical surgeon. His assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice experience.
Definitely my best experience with an eye doctor— actually, best experience with a doctor. Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in. Dr was attentive and helpful, and Albert made the glasses picking experience so easy.
