I saw Dr. Gapay because I needed an implant. It took many visits and I was missing my tooth for 10 months. Within a week of receiving the implant, it fell out of my mouth. It is supposed to be permanent. Dr. Gapay returned the full cost of the implant. However, he could not compensate me for the many visits I made to his office for this procedure. I wasted a lot of money (tolls and gas, I live 40 minutes away) and many hours. While Dr. Gapay is a kind man and he was apologetic, I would not recommend him for an implant. I am ... read more
Two stars because the staff is extremely nice but I was not convinced by this dentists expertise. I had been in a lot of pain from sweets and cold. My dentist 6 months prior told me I had zero cavities. I took the X-rays from that dentist and brought them to Dr.Gapay to be told the same thing. I’m not sure if these X-rays were hard to read or what but I felt gaslit. I was told my bite was just off and Dr.Gapay just started shaving down on multiple teeth without asking taking away from my protective enamel. This of course did... read more
