RecommendedI was referred to Dr. Domingue, so i went for a consultation visit; and was amazed. Every employee at this office is extremely nice, polite; and shows confidence in the position they operate in the office. I had to be sedated for a big operation to be done, and my blood sugar dropped during the procedure. Nonetheless they handled it, and still got everything done. Dr. Domingue is a very nice person; as well as very experienced. He takes great pride in his work. I will refer everyone i know to this office.
Dr Jerome Smith has done all my implants and I have never went anywhere since he is the Best glad to see someone else I know is going to him
I love Dr. Smith and his entire staff. This is the best oral surgeon in Lafayette!!! They are professional, skilled, thorough, courteous, caring and friendly. I have had A LOT of oral procedures in my life and I will never go anywhere else!!!!

I’ve had so much work done in my mouth due to unknown trauma and genetics. He has made me feel like this is not a losing battle and I’m in great hands. Recently, I had 4 crowns put on my front teeth and they came out AMAZING!!! Love him and all his staff. Dr. Domingue rocks!!
I just completed the implant process with Dr. Domingue and wanted to share my amazing experience. From the first appointment through to today everyone in the office was so very kind and informative. The explanation about the procedure was quite detailed and included the many follow up visits I would have. The actual implant procedure was the most pain free experience EVER as well as the recovering at home!! I love Dr.Smith and his staff ... I feel so comfortable there and they are just so caring ... normally my stomach is in knots ... but in the office I can just relax with no pain ... would recommend to everyone ...
Dr Domingue is awesome! And so kind.
Everyone is so friendly and pleasant. The staff feels more like friends than staff. Dr. Domingue is a great guy and a great dentist. Kashia is the best hygenist I’ve ever had, so gentle and thorough. Dawn has been just wonderful to my husband and I. All around best dental office in town!
