Shorter wait times he listens to me and request what's needs to be done to take care of What issuesI have. Recalling a few times going to my appointment I was in a lot of pain and going through stress of being in pain I took it out on dr. Robson and office crew but they were very understanding and I'm glad I was referred to Dr. Jerome Robson I have been seeing him for a few years now and I'm thankful for the relief of pain I have received through different treatments
staff says one thing and does another. #1 Called to leave a mess. to speak with doctor on personal voicemail was told that they can only take a messages. staff said I will tell him to call you. I replied , is my number on your caller ID, response was No. She did not take down my name either. So I'm guessing I'm not going to get a call from the doctor. #2 When given appt. reminder calls they tell you 30mins prior to your actual scheduled time. #3 staff sits in car till 8:02a before opening door
Awesome doctor he takes his time with you he listens and that is rare for a workman's compensation doctor he doesn't rush you out he doesn't think you're faking he does everything in his power to get you better. Good man good doctor
