RUDE AND BAD PRACTICES!! Go here if u want a lot of drama and attitude from not only the staff but the doctors as well. They switched my birth control without telling me TWICE. The last one they put me on was a sample which they clearly stated if i didnt like it i could go back to other one which clearly didnt happen. The sample one gave me cystic acne, spotting and extreme depression. The front desk ppl told me to get a therapist and a dermatologist. I am not someone who leaves reviews even when I’ve had terrible service, but find I cannot be silent here. I had a 12pm appt with nurse practitioner Katie. The office has a 15 min grace period. Racing to get to my appointment in severe rain, leaving work in the midst of a client emergency (I work in the office not remotely) so that I could make this appt, I got in at 12:14pm. If more doctors took the time, the interest, the careful assessment and remedy to a patient's health concerns like Dr. Shuster does so personably and attentively, going to see a doctor would be the highlight on one's day! She's at the top of her class and someone I'm willing to drive from VA to MD to be under her care.
