Love Dr Urbanczyk... he did my shoulder surgery several years ago and he was amazing!!!! Recently did my hubby's knee replacement.. he is still the best ortho!!!!!

If you need a shoulder replacement, go to a more qualified doctor. This doctor put the wrong size of shoulder joint in and now I am having a Baylor orthopedic surgeon fix it after months of pain and limited functioning. Beware!
Possibly the best orthopedic surgeon in this area. He replaced both of my bad knees and they are doing great!
They’re absolutely terrible. Front desk lady, the old one was the rudest person I’ve met in my life. I was waiting an my appointment for over a month and gave them my insurance on the phone call to make the appointment, then the morning I show up they tell me they no longer accept it and haven’t for years. Such terrible people.
