I would give them zero stars if I possibly could. I was transferred from Austin Hospital to this crappy facility. The food was horrible, Group Therapy. I wasn’t there for a drug overdose or alcohol overdose. I was there for grief. There was no individualized treatment plan for me and then I have an over $6000 bill that I keep kept telling them I couldn’t afford to stay there. So what did they do? Giving this place a 1 star would be an exaggeration as it does NOT even deserve a 1/2 of a star!!!!!! My friend who has a severe heart condition has been taken there by some doctor from Bentaub and has absolutely NO mental illness. He has been there for going on 9 days and they will NOT give him any answers as to why he is there, when he is leaving or transfer him to his regular cardiologist at Methodist. I finally get someone to answer and when I ask to speak to my wife, I am told "due to hippo they cannot disclose whether my wife is at the facility or not." My wife has called me 6 times a day for the past 5 days, two people from the facility called me yesterday and now I am being told due to hippo they cannot disclose whether my wife is there or not?  SERIOUSLY?  Where the heck is she at if not the facility?  Did they just let her walk out the door again with no ride as they have done before? My wife is now on day eight of a 72 hour hold, that is correct, day eight.  I have been trying to reach her since 6pm last night, 8/6/24.  Since 8am this morning, Either nobody answered the phone (4 times out of 36 calls) and when they did answer, I was placed on terminal hold. Because I wrote a review, my wife, who is still being held at this facility has not been allowed to use the.  All privileges have been taken away, an insider has provided me with this information.  This is a facility whose lower level staff has no training, this is a facility who locks patients in a restroom when they misbehave, this is a facility where doctors do not speak with family member, this is a facility that does not gather past medical history. I have been informed that this facility has four patients with Covid and they are not isolated from the other patients.  So it appears everyone in the facility has been exposed.  I have not been vaccinated.  Does this mean that when my wife returns home, which was supposed to be today, I will be exposed as well? CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, anyone interested?  This facility needs to pay for the lack of care, they do not uphold the standard of care, they are negligent, it would not take much to put a suit together and make them shut their doors, contact me, it is time to stand up for what is right for those who cannot stand on their own.

Where do I start, my wife has been in this facility 16 times in the past 3 years, why, you may ask, because they do nothing, they collect money.  Not once has a medical employee bothered to ask me any medical or mental background or why my wife was in their facility.  Their patient advocate in 2023 was not a patient advocate but a hospital employee paid to sweep issues under the rug, a LIAR.  My wife doctor in 2023 told my wife not to tell me what she was experiencing because if she did, I would have her confined to an insti... read more

I would not leave one of my loved ones here. While I was here and asked for juice I was told it was being saved for the diabetic patients. Before checking in I was told they provided everything so no money was needed. Treated better in Williamson County jail! The staff seems to all dislike their jobs and would be better off elsewhere.
