Attended around 1 year ago due to my worsening eczema. Walked in hoping for some guidance on how to deal with flare ups and some potential ways to prevent them. I felt my concerns were very much dismissed, and Dr Banky merely told me eczema's incurable unfortunately (cheers Sherlock), and handed me a cream. Maybe 10-15 minutes in and out for the prices he's charging was ridiculous. Totally unprofessional, felt very dismissed and uncomfortable.
Dr Banky provided excellent care when I needed a small skin cancer removed - he explained the procedure clearly and made me feel comfortable. The removal was quick and virtually painless, and the follow up care was excellent. Highly recommend.
Staff does not seem to have scheduling quite under control. Long waits.... It would be decent if they could inform patients when they run late. But they don't.

First visit hasn’t live up to expectations. The doctor wasn’t there at the appointment and the clinic was closed. When I finally managed to get through to the front of house, the front desk was rude and instead of being apologetic, turned the problem back to me that they didn’t have my contact to cancel the appointment and reschedule of another appointment was in the attitude of 'take it or leave it'.
