Run! I only went to this careless Dr. Jeremy Vaughn's office because of the reviews worst mistake ever, he took a happy moment and turned it into a nightmare. Dr. Vaughn broke my water too soon causing my child to choke I had to receive a emergency C-section with no medication and after it all he avoided me. he couldn't face me. I ended up with severe scarred tissue he had one of his staff to tell me I would have to pay him to correct. long story short stay away from his office horrible and careless money hungry Doctor!!
I had an appointment scheduled at 3:40. I arrived at 3:13...thinking the earlier the better. Boy was I wrong. They called me back at 3:30...I waited in the room until 4:36. The Dr never came in the room. The nurses never came in to apologize for the long wait. So, I finally got dressed and left. On my way out the receptionist didn't even acknowledge the fact I was leaving to see if I needed to schedule another appointment she just looked at me. Find another doctor, one with a better front office. The customer service here is just awful. They do not answer the phone and forget about leaving a message because it will not be returned. Going through the patient portal and sending a message pretty useless too. Two of the workers gave me different information at the same time, then one said "oh". I'm not sure who to believe at this point.
He was my doctor about 5 and here I am looking him up again.
He was my doctor over 3 years ago now! I was a very high risk pregnancy but he never doubted that I and my daughter would be just fine! He delivered her at 25 weeks and nobody could have done it better! Thank you!
