I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tan for years. He’s always been professional, attentive to my concerns, and very proactive during our visits. I feel like a “team”, rather than just a doctor and patient, trying to figure out solutions for my health issues. It gives me a sense of empowerment.
Very unprofessional and unsympathetic! Didn’t discuss the issues and only spent 15 min time in the room with us. After that, he didn’t allow us to think about taking a decision for the next steps and led us to the front desk. Does not recommend the practice at all. Many people at the waiting room were standing and complaining too about the wait time. Not professionals.
I am so very grateful for Dr Tan appears to be very knowledgeable and well experienced as a Gastroenterologist and I would recommend him any day !!
