Very nasty and disrespectful. He yelled at me, asking me why I let her nails get so bad. He said that I should have taken better care of her.
I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE NO STAR BUT THE SITE REQUIRED IT. VERY RUDE TO MY MOTHER, TOLD HER TO LOSE WEIGHT AND SHE HAD MEDICAL SOCKS ON AND TOOK THEM OFF AND SHE CAN NOT PUT THEM BACK ON. THIS IDIOT ACUTUALLY TOLD MY MOM IT IS NOT HI9S JOB TO PUT THEM ON. HE IS A MISERABLE MAN AND ARROGANT AND IGNORANT. DO NOT LET THIS MAN IN YOUR HOUSE OR GO TO HIS OFFICE. I WISH I WAS AT HER HOUSE WHEN HE CAME THERE I WOULD OF THREW HIM OUT.
