This was, without question, the WORST and most TRAUMATIC dental experience of my life. If I could give negative stars, this dentist would be buried under them. He starts off pretending to be polite, friendly, and professional. My experience with Dr. Beltre‘s office was outstanding. I would give his office a 10/10 in every metric. The staff was incredibly professional and responsive prior to my appointment, and routinely followed up to make sure that I was doing well. Traveled from the states to have some work done. Was there for teeth whitening and other things and he told me I needed a root canal. He did it. Lesson learned - always go to a specialist (endodontist) for things like that. He didn’t get all the roots- he left one and he didn’t seal the crown completely so I ended up with an infection and it became systemic. End up having to pull the tooth due to his poor work.
