Dr. Dalton lacks any sort of bedside manner. When talking to him about some concerns regarding an upcoming procedure his immediate response was not to reassure me as a patient but to simply say that he wouldn't even engage in a discussion about my concerns and then proceeded to cancel the procedure. I'm not sure if Dr. Daltons demeanor is a symptom of age or if he has always been this way, but in any case its unprofessional and he should examine retirement if he is no longer capable of civil and relevant discourse with his p... read more
Doctor's office personnel were the worse I've dealt with in a long time; curt and unprofessional. Was admitted to procedure, then told I was not clear enough for procedure. "Shouldn't that have been the first question, out of the gate?" A total waste of time to attempt prep for procedure and then told not "clear enough" for procedure.
