We had a great visit with Dr. Yu! She was amazing with my 2-year-old - very patient, kind, and gentle. She made us feel comfortable and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. We truly appreciate the great care and would highly recommend her. Thank you, Dr. Yu!
I usually do not give bad reviews, because I understand running a business is not easy. But this time..... Unprofessional. The instruction may or may not come from the doctor, but the front desk woman's attitude is telling us they are unreliable and irresponsible. If you have kids who need eye exam, never bring them there. I am hoping the doctor can train the front desk not to pass the buck. Treat the customer responsiblly and politely.
