I usually do not give bad reviews, because I understand running a business is not easy. But this time..... Unprofessional. The instruction may or may not come from the doctor, but the front desk woman's attitude is telling us they are unreliable and irresponsible. If you have kids who need eye exam, never bring them there. I am hoping the doctor can train the front desk not to pass the buck. Treat the customer responsiblly and politely.
