I am very disappointed with the recent decline in service at this clinic. The experience has gone downhill. Our appointments now feel extremely rushed, with the dentist seeming more focused on getting us out the door than ensuring my child is comfortable. Because they are rushing, they have been dismissive of my questions and failed to properly explain my child's treatment plan. We will be looking for a new pediatric dentist who actually takes the time to care for their patients.
An incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly clinic. I was introduced to Dr Tan and her team as an adult patient and returned a decade later with our 3 children for their braces. My experience at Jennifer's dental office was not happy. One of my friends recommended me to other place instead here, but I want to give it a try because it is closer. The doctor always tried to recommend the product with higher price, instead of giving me the option to choose. I understood we are insured, but at least should have the chances to learn other product or options. I would have loved to give this clinic a 5/5, as my son’s treatment overall went well, but the way things ended left me disappointed. After investing over $7,000 in his orthodontic care, his dentist noticed that one tooth had shifted slightly and suggested we follow up with Dr. Tan. The office was accommodating in booking us and indicated there would be no charge for the brief check-up.
