My first appointment for an evaluation was with Dr. Ball. She and her staff were very nice and made me feel at ease. She has referred me to have some work done and then I will go back to her. After going to the same dentist for our 20 years in Florida and forced to make a change, I think I chose a great office.
Very unfrienly specially the office manager. Need to be very careful with what they charge you and your plan. They were trying to charge me twice the deductable and made a complain w my dental insurance and they are under investigatio!!! I wouln't recommend to anyone. THIEFS!!!!!!!!!!
Very unfriendly, and they don't allow parents to go be with their children if they are over age 3. So, my six year old had to go back alone.
