I love the entire staff, honest great people!
I’ve read some of the comments. It’s a shame that somebody blast the dentist when it’s clearly an issue with the insurance company. I have had absolutely no issues with anybody in this office. They’ve been very accommodating. They even went to battle for me with my insurance company And they were able to get a crown To be covered by insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend either of these doctors to my friends and family.
My previous Dentist stopped taking my insurance so I needed a new Dentist. I decided to go with a local small practice instead of a larger one so chose them. They Insisted I needed an xray as a new patient, I made it clear that I do not have a problem with is as long as insurance covered it. They called me back saying it did and made an appointment. I am new to the area, and was trying to find a dentist for my family. I received a list from my insurance of local FAMILY dentists, in network. I talked to the receptionist and she told me that they would not be able to see my 5 year old son. When I asked why, she said because he wouldn’t cooperate. This is NOT a “family” dentist, obviously. She didn’t even ask wether I felt he would be cooperative.... Just said they wouldn’t see him. Um, okay.
Dr. Jen is awesome, very down to earth and does a great job as a dentist!
