Dr. Jennifer Gilbert was completely unprofessional. When I questioned her diagnosis, she became so emotional, perhaps even angry, that her voice began to crack and her body began to shake. She also assured me that I could just call in the next day and get a prescription if he was feeling worse and that I would not have to bring him back in to the office. Waited in line super long, only to hear that my baby who has a fever a 102.5 is totally fine and just looks sick. Even though my family practice Dr. said he had an ear infection and to bring him in if it got worse. Dr. Gilbert said there was no sign of an ear infection at all and to just let him wait out his already 3 day long fever. Not impressed with how I was treated and her lack of education.
