I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pedersen and her staff. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options. Their professionalism and compassionate approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I would highly recommend this practice.

Diagnosis: Thyroid Biopsy Referral Based on recommendations from friends, patient requested a referral to Dr. Pedersen. Referral was initiated by PCP and patient called 1 week later to verify clinic had indeed received the referral. No initial contact made with patient 4 weeks after referral was generated. Patient called clinic on Friday (8/25/23) expressing her concern as to why she had not yet been contacted to schedule an appointment. I was a patient of Dr. Pederson until she crossed the line in my patient care. When she couldn't get my A1C under control she dismissed me from her care when I seeked a 2nd opinion. She isn't trustworthy at all. I had an appt with her when she entered the room, I was on my cellphone. This crazy lady asked me was I video taping her? Why would she ask me such a thing? That's when I knew she was crazy! Evidently she had guit about her own behavior! Run from her office.
