We’ve been seeing Dr Reynard for 8 years and love her! She is very patient and sweet, and my kiddo feels comfortable with her. I personally haven’t experienced any issues with any of the other staff - the nurses are always kind (there’s a male nurse who is fantastic, but I can’t remember his name) and the front desk staff has always been nice. I highly recommend Dr Reynard (and have sent many friends).

Do not go here! The staff is rude including the front all the way to the provider! I called to clarify an allergy and the girl sarcastically laughed because she was being rude and I explained that is exactly why I don’t take my children there! Providers here look at you like your dumb if you ask a question. It’s not worth it invest in someone who will educate positively and not talk to you like your less than them.
We experienced many issues here throughout a 6 month span, but overall Dr. Reynards weakest link is the team she surrounds herself with (particularly the billing department) and their lack of communication and coding compliance. To sum it up they lack accountability, they’re completely incompetent and rude! After their billing department failed to properly process the paperwork for my twins (resulting in the appointment not being covered) they insisted that they wouldn’t see my kids until the payment was taken care of.
