During the regular cleanings my hygienist notices and comments on any changes in my mouth over the past years, so that I am more aware of changes I should make to keep teeth and gums healthy. After the cleaning, the dentist (Dr McNiel) comes in for The Talk: This is the chance to discuss with a straight shooter the problems and different ways to address them (I seem to grind my teeth at night!) Since they know about me at this office by now, it is possible to assess how urgent my problem is and to make plans.

Dr. McNiel’s office is amazing with kids! They are patient with them, explain everything they are doing to the kids and let them see and touch the tools before using so the kids are more comfortable. My kids love everyone there and love going there and we appreciate their kindness and care for the kids.
