Dr. Lo may be a good dentists, but I'll never know. As a prospective new patient, I never could get proper answers from her office help that would allow me to feel comfortable enough to make an appointment.
I've been taking my two kids to Dr. Lo for several years. She has been wonderful with them, and her office staff and hygienists are extremely friendly and helpful as well. We're very comfortable there.
