Dr, laman is a person who really cares for her pacients and gives the best treatment possible i will never again use another dr. i will stay with her permantly.
Up until last fall I highly recommended this office. No more. The communication level is nil. I am called and reminded of an apt that I never made. What’s with that? I made an apt with a specialist. I said I have to get the referral. They said they would get it. I go to the apt. Next time I see Laman she said I don’t want you to see that specialist. WELL WHO SIGNED THE REFERRAL??? Like I said no communication. And you won’t see Laman. Only the PA’s but that’s the new norm so they can make more money.
I was refused to see a real doctor. I requested to see the doctor three times and I'm told there is NO doctor in the office. I;m told she has another office as is not there all the time. I sad back in an exam for half an hour. I got up to see why and the nurse said it's only been ten minutes. I went back at 1:45 and it was 2:15.My appoint was 1:45. The nurse is not a doctor and never addressed any of my issues. Refused to give me a new ENT since my ENT no longer accepts my insurance. Access health care relies on nurse practi... read more
I love this office . I go to the weight loss and diabetic classes and I learn so much every time heather is truly amazing . Dr Laman and Dr Lamparelli are amazing doctors. Highly recommend this office
First time at office I was amazed! The staff Members are so friendly the office is clean ... it felt like family the minute I walked in . I’m so glad that I was able to get an appointment as quick as I did . the doctor and her team are are wonderful .

Dr. Jenn and Dr Mike are two of the best Doctors I've ever encountered and I surely miss living in Florida and having them as my Doctors and I can't say enough good things about the staff either..Wonderful people, each and every one of them.
