Do not go to this doctor. She is reckless and uncaring and should be stripped of her ability to practice medicine. Her office staff are lazy and rude. She is condescending and seems to only care about billing your insurance for a visit. She does not care about wasting your time. She overbooks and wait time for an appointment has always been an hour or more. Serious health concerns or test results are not explained as she just says it isn't conscerning. Everything is on point….if I need my refills, the office staff is on it! They are a very caring group! Dr. Machuca is one of the sweetest people I’ve met She is very outgoing and listens. She is very up front, to the point and won’t sugar-coat stuff! Seriously, the best doctor I’ve met in Dayton so far!

Dr. Machucha is a wonderful physician, she was able to see what was wrong with me just In passing in her parking lot what my Doctors for the 15 years Dermatology specialist included couldn't and a month later after dome blood work and medications I'm here to say this woman truly knows her business!

I was told Jennifer was amazing but I found out she’s not. Her medical assistants, and her office staff are horrible. Her office staff tells me they’re going to this do that but they never do. I will be finding another doctor that meets my needs, and one that doesn’t talk the whole time and that listens.

Dr. Machuca is a wonderful doctor. I am so glad to see her back. She is a person of knowledge and cares deeply about her patients. Has always explained your conditions thoroughly and would do what’s right for the patient. I would 100% recommend her. Thank you Dr Machuca.

So glad I found her again, I was very unsatisfied with the practice that replaced her when she left PMG, I never met the doctor and the PA's changed all the time. She is easy to talk to and treats you like a friend taking as much time needed to address all concerns and questions you have. I give her my complete trust!

She was very friendly. I just met her but felt very comfortable. She listened to me and believed me, and was eager to help. She explained things clearly as well. She is funny and kind, as well as knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more in a doctor.

Dr. Jennifer Machuca is the best Dr. I have ever had,and the only one I fully trust with my health concerns. She's there for you no matter what the issue is.She's held my hand while I cried and made me laugh at myself,too. She has the utmost love and compassion for her patients She actually takes the time to listen to your concerns, and she explains things,too. . I recommend her to everyone.She is very capable of taking care of you. I've been with her for many years.She's a 5 star lady'

Dr Machuca has been my PCP for the last 8 years. She has always shown me compassion and respect and is always thorough in addressing my concerns and questions. I chose 4/5 stars rather than 5/5 due to her tendency to move to different practices (e.g., From Dayton to Huber Heights to Enon). As of late 2016, she is no longer with Western Medicine in Enon.
