I have been seeing Dr. Murphy for about 15 years, as has my family. She has always been patient, kind, and keeps good notes (medical and on the family goings on). We followed her from Raleigh to Wake Forest and have always been happy with her services.
Dr. Murphy is hands-down the most friendly, caring, and concerned eye doctor I have ever had! I came in with an eye problem as a new patient, and she immediately took care of me and prescribed the care I needed. She scheduled a follow-up appointment, at no charge, and has provided me with (so far) three pairs of trial contacts. When I started to have problems again, she brought me in for a THIRD appointment, again, no charge. She's always so friendly, positive, and genuinely caring!
I had a great experience with Dr. Murphy. The receptionist was friendly - paperwork took 5 minutes, then she was measuring my eyes, etc....Dr Murphy came out as soon as we were done. She was so pleasant and personable - she listened and I didn't feel pressured to do any extra tests or exams. I was done with the exam and prescription in-hand in 30 minutes. She was personable and efficient - I felt like she listened and had my best interests in mind with her recommendations. I will be back!
