I know insurance only pays for short visits but she took extra time to make sure I understood what was going on. I think the staff works for several doctors and they seem on par with staff from other doctor's offices. I was able to make an appointment easily.
Awesome Physician! Dr. Graff and her staff were remarkable, I had a great experience and recommend her to those that are seeking a ob/gyn.
Dr. Graff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions concerning my medical issues and proposed treatment. She has followed through with my care and I'm doing very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Although I have sat in the waiting room for over an hour before, and the staff are very friendly and prompt, I am writing a review on Dr. Jennifer Graff. I've been admitted to the hospital on a few occasions during my pregnancy and it seems when she is called by the nurse, she has the minimal care instructions. She doesn't come into the medical field as a nurturing doctor. Gets flustered easily if you do not see her point of view. I decided to have Dr. Graff as my doctor for my first pregnancy because she was new in town and so was I. After my first visit I was very happy. She was very knowledgable, gentile and answered all of my questions, silly or not. I lost my baby and she did everything she could to comfort me and help me through the pain. The follow up appointment was good as well she wanted to make sure there wasn't anything abnormal going on. Her office staff however is hit or miss. Caused unnessary suffering and problems. Terrible!
Dr. Graff was very nice in person, but I was lied to about what had happened during the surgery and later found out that there were complications that no one mentioned (she cut into my uterus looking for an iud that was already known to NOT be in my uterus, only to expose the instrument they inserted into my uterus!). I have had pain and unusual bleeding almost daily since she performed surgery on me.
Dr. Graff has been a wonderful physician for me. In addition to being smart and professional, she is very nice and approachable. She did a great job with my surgery! I am so happy that she is my doctor, and would highly recommend her to my friends and family.
