Dr. Gambla is a physician who truly cares about her patients. She listens to your concerns and is supportive of you when you are feeling overwhelmed by the diagnosis you have received. She explains things well. She will show you imaging to enhance your understanding of your condition. If you need to have things explained again or more in-depth at a follow-up appointment she will take the time to discuss the issue further. While I'm not happy to have cancer I am very happy that Dr. Gambla is part of my care team.
Loved Dr. Gambla. Very thorough and made me feel at ease. Was upset to find she left Palos Hospital. Trying to find where she is now and either no one knows, or they’re not saying. Very upset about this.

Dr. Gambla is an extremely warm, empathetic and compassionate doctor. At a very difficult time, she made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. She has amazing bedside manner and is also very intelligent. She removed both of my breasts and it was comforting to see such a caring face by my side.
