Dr. Cook replaced my left knee in July 2024 and my right in May 2025. Both surgeries went well, and I did a few months of PT after each. I no longer have knee pain and am glad to have done the surgeries. The PT was essential for the final outcome, so don't skip that part!

Trying to make an appointment as a new patient. Been hung up on twice due to them saying they dont take my insurance (I triple checked with my insurance and they are on the provider list). And twice I've gotten office staff to take my information to verify it and I've heard nothing back. This all between Dec 26th 25 through Jan 9th 26. Pathetic listening to the first recording that says they are efficient, compassionate and exceptional. Nope!

Had shoulder surgery 8 years ago. She said it was a routine surgery and most people are healed in 6-8 weeks. After 3-4 months, I was still in a lot of pain, to which her response was “there is nothing else I can do for you, maybe you should go to another orthopedic”. I hear she is better at knees, but stay away for shoulders!

Dr Cook is an exceptional doctor. A leader in her field. She is highly regarded among her colleagues and patients for her excellence. She has the reputation as the "fixer", repairing failed surgery by other surgeons. She is kind, compassionate and takes time with her patients. Explaining everything clearly and patiently answering questions. Her PA, Victoria Thompson, is also compassionate and very knowledgeable. We knew we had chosen the perfect surgeon to perform my husband's total knee replacement. The surgery center Dr. C... read more
