Would say that Dr. Boneur is very warm and proficient but would have been nice to actually meet in advance of the procedure. Her administrative staff are very personable but I received conflicting information about time, location, necessity of an arranged escort home. And it took close to a month to get results after many emails asking for them.
Absolutely wonderful doctor. Never felt so comfortable at a colonoscopy before. Highly skilled and warm and caring bedside manner. Never rushed. She is the best!
As a patient of her's for over 7 years I cannot say enough good things about her. I have referred Dr. Bonheur to all of my friends and family.
Based on my experience, this physician initially appeared to be open, accessible and sweet but subsequently displayed a condescending and inappropriate attitude. In addition, her office is very disorganized resulting in delays in receiving medical results. Imo, I would suggest seeking a more functional gastroenterology practice.
Been with Dr. Bonheur for 3 years now. Wouldn't want any other doctor to ever treat me. Kind, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. These are very important things when dealing with life-long conditions.

Dr. Bonheur has a very rare combination of knowledge, analytical skills, patience, innovative approach and kindness. She is also a great psychologist and understands patients needs. Great doctor, compassionate person and attractive personality! I also like her staff, especially Christina and Maria!
