My visit went well with Dr. Hui and her staff. She recommended eyelid surgery due to my vision tests. Shortly after surgery was scheduled for my eyelids. Everything with the surgery and my eyelids went very well. Thank you Dr. Hui.
Worst bedside manner ever! Rude, arrogant, condescending. I went for a consult for eyelid surgery & she proved to be utterly abrasive, inflexible, & wrong headed about her approach. I'll go blind before letting her touch me with her scalpel.
She's much too busy to relate to her patients, and to explain the issues. Waste of money. Also, limited to pat cosmetic treatments. She's not very knowledgeable about actual medical understanding of her field. Phones it in basically.
Dr. Hui, what can I say? I have seen a few ophthalmologists in my lifetime. You are one of the best doctor’s I’ve seen. With time limitations of today’s modern physician, one’s bedside manner can be an issue with me. You have a pleasant bedside manner, empathetic, open to communication, you have involved me with health decisions and eased my anxiety. Thank you for your remarkable skill in performing my procedure. Your talent and caring manner are a credit to the medical profession. Thank you, again.
I have been to many eye doctors for a block tear duct. Many doctor said I have to have a big surgery. I was afraid and suffered for 2 years. I was then referred to Dr Hui and she look at it and she took care of it within10 minutes. I was so so happy. I will recommend her to anyone.
The Dr. is intelligent, thorough, a good listener, communicates well providing information is easily understood language and patient
