Dr. Grandis has NOT changed her ways. I came at my regular appointment time and she was GONE! She moved my appointment without getting verbal approval that I could make it!! She should not be patient facing if she regularly flakes on patient's appointment times.

I had to wait two months for an appointment, then Dr. Grandis cancelled at the last minute and only offered another appointment in ANOTHER two months.
