I have been a patient of this doctor for over 15 years. This would include my entire family of five. My boys actually grew up under this dentist . Due to health problems that I have had over the last 3 years I have not seen the dentist. Upon my return to the dentist office this January I was told that I had an overdue bill for missing an appointment of $50. Mind you this is from 2024. Took my 97 year old mother in for dentures. The care and patience that the whole staff showed us was above and beyond. The dentures came out beautifully. Dr. Georgiades and her staff are the best! If I could rate them more than 5, I would!
I rarely provide reviews, but this incident was appalling to say the least. **I just experienced the WORSE encounter with the Office Manager at this dentist's office.** I am in the process of looking for a dentist who takes my insurance. Under my insurance plan this office comes up. I called in to book an appointment two weeks ago and was told they don't take my insurance.
