Had a very positive experience with Dr. Jennifer Dharamsi. I have been a long time patient of dermatology providers and usually experience their hustle and bustle and fast paced care. Dr. Dharamsi took the time to get to know me, my skin, my skin history, and goals. She spent close to an hour giving me options and coming up with a plan that worked for me. 10/10!
Dr D was so thorough and precise. She was transparent and authentic, not only addressing my symptoms but my body as a whole system. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows her “stuff”. She gave examples about my situation concerning her on experiences that are exact or very similar to mine. I totally respected her advise and treatment plan. Dr. Jennifer Dharamsi is exceptional—compassionate, thorough, and highly skilled. She combines expertise with kindness and tailors her care specifically to me rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s such a breath of fresh air in a time when many physicians barely step through the doorway, she takes the time, listens, and truly cares. Five stars!
I was referred to Dr. Jennifer Dharamsi and was excited to book. Wanted to book over a month out... her next availability was 4 months out at the Frisco location, so we were looking at the Prosper location... this all took 20 minutes, "let me put you on hold", "let me put you on hold", "let me put you on hold".... 20 minutes into being thrown back n forth on hold, I couldn't hold any longer. never got scheduled. Bad gate keeping.
