Very disappointed in our experience with this physician. Waste of time and money. We drove almost 3 hours one way for this appointment, only to be treated very rudely and with much disrespect. My experience was just as the other 1 star reviewers have stated. Physician was not prepared for my visit, having obviously not read anything in my record and would not listen, barely letting me speak without interrupting me. My elderly mother recently had an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Ui, and we were very disappointed with the experience. She came across as arrogant, unkind, and unhelpful, which made my mother feel dismissed and unsupported. We will not be returning to her, and I strongly believe this type of behavior does not reflect the standards of care the Cleveland Clinic is known for.

My sister had a new patient appointment with Dr. Ui - She was EXCELLENT!! She took in as much information as possible, and did a most comprehensive, thorough exam. She recommended appropriate and comprehensive followup actions. She was, in addition, very kind and considerate! Her nurse assistant was also empathetic and thorough. I was v ery happy that we have been referred to Dr. Ui!

First of all, please be extremely wary of the 4.9 star review given by Cleveland Clinic. These reviews are not accurate at all and only carefully given to certain patients that they believe will give a good rating. I saw Dr. Ui virtually and the entire time she acted like she had no idea why I was there. She spent the entire time trying to tell me what wasn't the problem, instead of figuring out what was. Drove over an hour and 20 minutes to appointment. Was 6 minutes late. Then no one was at front desk to sign me in for another five minutes. Finally got checked in and sat down. Waited some more just for them to tell me this doctor could not see me today. Not wasting another trip for this doctor. Also had a video appointment where it felt doctor was reading from a script and was not productive. Not empathetic, seems like a doctor in it for the money not for helping people.
