Dr. Quimby is awesome. She is so easy to talk to and very kind and compassionate. During my annual exams (6 so far), she has always done a breast exam. I've never had a problem with Dr. Quimby's staff.

I switched to Quimby from another OB/GYN with whom I was not impressed with, and I am forever grateful I found Quimby. Her bedside manner is amazing, she's genuinely interested in your baby's health and takes time to answer your questions, and answers them in easy to understand terms. She is especially kind to her young mothers, and never makes you feel judged.
Dr Quimby,is the BEST OBGYN I have ever had.I have always had a really hard time with my monthly cycle, and after several PAINFUL procedures, removal of my left ovary when a simple cyst removal was planned. The doc removed the ovary; the cyst was HUGE. I freaked when I woke up in the maternity ward, with 47 staples in my belly! I wanted a total hysterectomy, but the doc wouldn't do it,as I was "only" 38 years old. I never wanted kids,and I knew that when I was a teen! Dr. Quimby is an amazing obstetrician, she takes your concerns to heart and even helped me with finding an alternative to the metal staples after surgery. She always answers my questions fully and is easy to talk to. She was wonderful during my cesarean as well, kept me calm and relaxed. I had a problem with her staff when I had an infection from my IUD (they told me I had the flu and would not relay my information) but once I finally was able to see her, she was extremely proactive about helping me get well, so I don't blam... read more
Dr. Quimby is a very personable doctor. She makes me feel very welcome and comfortable when I see her and answers all of my questions. I'm 4 months pregnant now so I have only seen her twice, but I have heard amazing things about her and her ability to deliver babies. Her staff was very rude to me many times on the phone. They don't seem to know what they are talking about at all on the phone and I didn't appreciate the shortness. I haven't had any problems with them at my appointments so far. Dr. Quimby might be a great doctor, but her staff is horrible. I went to one appointment with the nurse and will not be returning. I had to bring my 2 kids (ages 4 and 19 months) to the appointment. While waiting, we were repeatedly scolded and yelled at by the downstairs receptionist because my children were not sitting still and being quiet. They were standing in one corner of the waiting room, tossing a bean bag back and forth and laughing. We were told that we were bothering everyone else. At one point she tried to pull ... read more
dr. quimby is amazing she answers all our questions in terms the everyday person can understand. goes above and beyond to make sure the baby is ok and there is nothing wrong and trust me it hasnt been an easy pregnancy but she is always there
Dr. Quimby is absolutely PHENOMENAL! I have had problems with menstruations...which I wasn't sure if it was just part of the normal pre-menopause countdown...after her exams and an ultrasound a large fibroid was found. She has presented me with several treatment options and has given me wonderful care. She welcomes you to her office like an old friend, or a sister. She has a wonderful sense of humor and you can talk about absolutely anything with her. Wish there were more Dr. Quimby's around!
