I initially found Dr Brown to be kind, however as my care for involved, she was rather judgemental of my eating habits and made passive aggressive comments about my weight. She would alternate from being friendly to extremely pushy about demands, overall I would not subject my friends to her unless they had absolutely no choice. I don’t know enough to determine if she did a good job or not on my endoscopy but I am very dissatisfied with her condescending attitude
As a virtual "tea totaler" I was offended beyond description as this provider insisted I am an alcoholic. She doesn't have any legitimate reason to believe this, yet nothing I could say would convince her otherwise. I would never use nor recommend her services ever again.
This rating is not for Dr. Jennifer Brown. It is for the unprofessional staff. I called to make an appointment and was placed on hold twice. The first call-I was left on hold so very long that I had to hang up. Called back and was placed on hold again. When the rude female clerk picked up, she had an unprofessional attitude as if I was bothering her. I told her I had to call back and she slammed the phone into ear!!!! Based on the way I was treated today, I will chose to be seen by another doctor. Dr. Brown if you are readin... read more

Dr Brown is an amazing doctor, she cares so much about her patients and goes out of her way to make sure they are comfortable and know what to expect during the procedure.
Worst doctor I have ever been to. I was having crohn’s/uc symptoms for awhile and was referred to her by another doctor. I waited over AN HOUR to see her and when I got to finally see her she talked to me for 5 minutes, setting up a date for a colonoscopy. Day of the colonoscopy she was late. After the procedure, she said she “bet” it was croh’s and prescribed me 2 types of medications....and I haven’t HEARD from her or her office since. It’s been 2+ years. I’ve gotten worse and obviously moved
Dr. Brown has been my gastroenterologist for 20 years. She has an excellent bedside manner and makes me feel like the most important patient in her practice. My multiple procedures were done with the utmost expertise and professionalism.
